Bangalore International is expanding self-service capabilities

Now that it has become the first Indian airport to attain Baggage Improvement Program certification, Bangalore International will step up its overall self-service capabilities. "We are open to any new technology at Bangalore Airport if it really enhances the passenger experience," said Sridhar C K, senior manager of terminal operations.
