Eating out leads to more calorie consumption, report says

A USDA report shows that Americans consistently consume more calories when eating away from home and are more likely to snub fruits and vegetables. Registered dietitian Lauren O'Connor said learning to visualize portions and avoiding high-sodium food when dining out will help consumers keep their waistline from expanding.
