Mobile app success is tied to clarity, commitment

The rush to mobile shouldn't blind companies to the two factors that make for successful mobile apps, clarity of purpose and the will to put in the effort to keep the app relevant, advises Sunny Kok, CEO of Hong Kong-based mobile app consultancy Green Tomato. One example of good app development is Asia's DBS Bank, whose stated strategy is focused on mobile banking that adds value for customers and complements other services.
