New Boeing policy charges some suppliers royalty fees

A new Boeing policy mandates that it will charge a 10% royalty fee to its suppliers that use its intellectual property when an aircraft is sold. "Boeing did not say that the new policy has been applied to all suppliers," this blogger writes.
