N.J. withdraws plans to allow casino gambling outside Atlantic City

New Jersey lawmakers who support a plan to allow temporary casinos outside Atlantic City, N.J., have withdrawn their proposal due to lack of legislative support and "logistical" problems linked to the temporary gaming facilities. "We need dance partners. Right now, we're dancing with ourselves," Committee Chairman Ruben Ramos said.
