Taubman outlines evolution of outlet center positioning

Taubman Prestige Outlets Development Director Nicolas Schultz says outlet centers are evolving in terms of location and market positioning. It was originally thought these outlets needed to be way out in the middle of nowhere, he said. "Over time, retailers started to get more specific with what they offer at the outlets and started to make sure it’s branded differently than what they offer in traditional stores."
