Ore. regulators are urged to relax rules on clean-fuel imports

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is asking the state Environmental Quality Commission to make it easier to import alternative fuels into the state. The DEQ's recommendations would reduce the paperwork needed by importers and make it easier for smaller clean-fuel companies to access Oregon's market. Supporters of Oregon's Clean Fuels Program are also calling for the program to be extended beyond 2015 to ensure stability in the market.
