Twitter's Tailored Audiences feature helped lift the company's stock close to its record, which it hit when it went public on Nov. 7. Analysts predict that advertisers will pay a premium for the retargeting product, which allows them to expand targeting beyond followers, gender and location to include browsing history, cookies and anonymous e-mail addresses.
