Planned Virginia tower might create risk for airlines

A planned 390-foot-tall building in Rosslyn, Va., could present a risk for airplanes, according to the FAA, who says the tower could interfere with planes approaching Reagan National Airport. The plan is part of a larger effort to update the Rosslyn neighborhood, which features 1970s-era skywalks, which will be removed.
