Pennsylvania allocates $11.2M in green grants

The Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority has approved $11.2 million in state grants for 24 green projects in the state. The projects will include solar wind and geothermal installations, such as Friends Center Corp. in Philadelphia, which will receive $500,000 for a 1,500-foot-deep geothermal exchange well.
