Millennial entrepreneurs crave a different currency

Will millennials be the end of the entrepreneurial ethic in America? From home to school to Little League, the generation born from the mid-1970s through the 1990s has learned that competition is bad, consensus is good and "everyone gets a trophy." That's good news for corporate recruiters, who value workers that will fit in, not stand out. Psychiatrist and success coach Steven Berglas thinks millennials' concern with self respect and social status can still yield entrepreneurial results. "The best and brightest millennials will combine missionary zeal, hardcore management skills and Silicon Valley-style creativity to attack social ills," he says.
