EPA: Climate legislation needed to assuage U.S. businesses:

The Environmental Protection Agency's declaration that greenhouse gases should be regulated under the Clean Air Act does not mean legislation pending in Congress should no longer be pursued, said EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson during the climate-change summit in Denmark. Legislation is needed to reassure U.S. business groups, and the EPA will work with Congress to pass measures that will target an 80% reduction of GHG emissions by 2050, Jackson said.
