Hesse: "Hard to imagine" selling Clearwire stake

Sprint Nextel CEO Daniel Hesse said he doubted the carrier would sell its majority stake in WiMAX provider Clearwire. Speaking at an investors' conference Wednesday, Hesse covered a wide range of topics, saying Sprint has made "slow but steady" progress on its customer-service issues, predicted the carrier would release more Android-based models next year and praised Verizon Wireless' branding campaign. "We have to do the same thing," he said.
