Before-school study hall provides extra help, homework time

Educators at one Oregon middle school have set up a study center in the school's library to provide students with extra study time and help before school starts. Students can access the center more than an hour before classes start to work independently, in groups or on school computers. Teachers are also available to answer students' questions.
