"Simple, reliable processes" important to many online shoppers

Optier, an IT service management specialist, commissioned research about what Britons are looking for from their holiday online shopping. The survey found that 41% of online shoppers wanted "simple and reliable processes," 20% said "quick delivery times" were key, and 19% listed "ease of use" as a priority. Nearly three-quarters of respondents said they plan to use a mix of online and high-street shopping for their Christmas needs.
