Time Warner Cable takes issue with Fox's retrans policies

In an FCC filing earlier this week, Time Warner Cable said that Fox "has brazenly sought to hijack the retransmission-consent process" by getting involved in the retrans negotiations of its affiliate stations. The country's second-largest cable provider, which just announced a retrans-extension deal with Sinclair, currently is in talks with News Corp. about carriage of its cable and broadcast stations.
