Trial begins for N.Y. company accused of faking concrete tests

A New York company accused of faking concrete and steel results for construction projects that include the new Yankee stadium and Ground Zero's Freedom Tower is getting its day in court. Testwell Laboratories and three of its top executives are facing charges of enterprise corruption and racketeering, among others, in a trial that started Wednesday. The defendants say the inaccuracies are the result of simple mistakes.
