Faltering casino numbers fuel expansion debate in Illinois

Illinois casino admissions dropped 9.2% in November, according to a report by the Illinois Gaming Board. The state's casinos also reported a 6.3% decrease in casino receipts. Illinois lawmakers are considering a bill to authorize a land-based casino in Chicago and additional casinos.
