Negotiators aim to break deadlocks at climate-change talks

Fearing that the global effort to deal with climate change will be undercut if they can't show progress, negotiators at the U.N. conference in Mexico are stepping up their efforts to overcome deadlocks. "The negotiations are proceeding. They are very difficult, but I suppose you could say they've been difficult since Copenhagen," said Mark Dreyfuss, Australia's parliamentary secretary for climate change.
