Sempra Energy's La. gas export project to create 3,000 jobs

Sempra Energy has applied for a permit from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to build export facilities at its Cameron liquefied natural gas terminal in Louisiana. The project will generate 3,000 jobs during its peak construction year, according to company officials.
