United is mum on Panasonic in-flight Internet service

United has installed the Panasonic in-flight Internet service on a few A319 planes, but the carrier won't say when the service will launch or how much it will cost. A FlyerTalk member says there are two price points, $6.99 and $9.99, and different speeds.
