$55.5M in grants to bolster training, workforce announced

HHS is set to provide $55.5 million in grants to expand the health care workforce and boost health professionals' training. About $6.7 million will be allotted to promote interprofessional collaborative practice, while $1.4 million will be used to fund four health workforce research centers and another $3 million will support accredited residency initiatives.
