Heineken stunt turns private karaoke singing into a giant concert

Heineken boozed up a few carolers in an intimate karaoke setting and, during their songs, revealed recording equipment, giving the carolers the chance to sing in front of thousands of people. The singers who said "yes" had their performance broadcast on New York City taxi screens and Jumbotrons in Times Square and at Washington's Verizon Center. The "Carol Karaoke" effort from Wieden+Kennedy New York is part of Heineken's "Open Your World" campaign.
