ICU nurses become EN Champions to improve patient nutrition

Australia's Royal Perth Hospital and university researchers worked together to improve ICU enteral nutrition practices, creating EN Champions among senior nursing staff. The nurses role-modeled correct procedures to teach other staff how to comply with EN guidelines, which helped reduce the number of interruptions.
