Leaders need determination, self-belief and fire in their belly -- but they also need to keep their egos in check, says Dara Richardson-Heron, CEO of the YWCA. If you're too full of yourself, your workers won't want to bring you bad news, and you'll wind up falling flat, Richardson-Heron warns.
