Feds investigating incursion incidents at two airports

Two aircraft landing at JFK may have nearly collided in the air just three days after a similar event at Baltimore-Washington. The National Transportation Safety Board says it is looking into the incidents for any mistakes that may have been made by air traffic controllers rather than by the pilots.
