Red and processed meats up cancer risks

New research has linked the consumption of red meat and processed meats to an increased risk for lung, liver, esophageal and colorectal cancers. The study showed that eating lots of processed meat increased colorectal cancer risk by 20% and lung cancer risk by 16%.
