Report: Retailers dominate Top 25 respected Web sites

Bricks-and-mortar retailers are gaining more online respect from consumers thanks to improved features such as click-to-call customer service and in-store pickups, according to the Customer Respect Group, which evaluates Web site performance. There is still a gap between the products and deals shoppers are finding in stores and online, however, a problem that can erode customer trust.
