Finding fame and fortune on YouTube

The ad-revenue-sharing partnership between some content providers and online video network YouTube is providing a steady income to a few select contributors. Michael Buckley of Connecticut transformed his public-access cable show about celebrity gossip into a YouTube phenomenon. Such success does not come easily -- Buckley reported devoting 40 hours a week to the show for a year before seeing any returns.
