Aurora Health, Elmhurst Clinic adopt patient messaging system

Illinois-based Elmhurst Clinic and Wisconsin-based Aurora Health have deployed Phytel's automated messaging solution to help improve patient compliance. The technology, which calls a patient on the physician's behalf, is designed "to extend the doctor-patient bond and make it useful outside a doctor's office," said a doctor at Elmhurst Clinic.
