Video marketing will become more prevalent next year, as more companies realize how video can increase customer interaction and boost sales, Patrick Moran writes. He recommends that you embed videos on your site, use them to sell products and give customers insights on how to use their products. "If a video is worth sharing on Twitter, it's worth making it mobile-phone-friendly," he adds.
