Machinists union reaches tentative deal with Hawaiian

More than 1,200 members of Hawaiian Airlines' largest union could soon have a new four-year contract after officials on Thursday announced tentative agreement on a pact. The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers-Clerical Division is recommending approval of the contract, which is said to provide increased compensation for workers and operational improvements for the company.
