The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is studying the Environmental Protection Agency report linking hydraulic fracturing to groundwater contamination in Wyoming. The commission is scheduled to decide this week on a plan that would require energy companies to disclose the chemicals used in fracking activities in the state.
