Nearly three-quarters of employees say getting a cash bonus tops their holiday wish list, followed by a bigger annual salary, according to a GlassDoor.com survey. "We are still not past the impacts of the Great Recession, and people are still concerned about compensation. They want to make sure they are putting money in the bank, especially during the holidays," says GlassDoor.com's Rusty Rueff. Only 4% of employees said they wanted a holiday party.
