Holiday parties can be a good way to connect with your employees and share in the seasonal spirit, but there are certain precautions you should take to make sure nothing goes wrong, writes Deanne Katz. Don't focus on religion during the party, and make sure the event is accessible to employees with disabilities, Katz writes. Also, consider limiting the amount of alcohol available and ensure that everyone behaves appropriately.
