Some Republicans in Congress have expressed concerns over President Barack Obama's nomination of David Weil for the head of the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, including Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., who said he is concerned about Weil cracking down on violations at franchises and throwing "a big wet blanket on that American dream."
