Savannah gets mixed results using wellness incentives

More than 140 city employees in Savannah, Ga., participated in a 10-week LEAN Challenge, but officials said overall the city's wellness program has had mixed results. Just 4% of workers are expected to participate in the city's fitness program each month next year, but about 55% of the workforce got health screenings when offered a $100 incentive.
