Pratt looks to launch comeback with Boeing 7E7 engine

Pratt & Whitney is in a tough competition with General Electric and Rolls-Royce to supply the engines for Boeing's new 7E7 jet. Although Pratt is doing well with its military aircraft engines, its commercial airline business has been in steep decline since the 1970s.
