Bill Gates: Share ad dollars with end users

Speaking at a conference of Microsoft partners in India, company chairman Bill Gates suggested the possibility of sharing search advertising revenues, in the form of cash, benefits, software or services, with the end users performing the searches as a reward for choosing MSN Search over its rivals. Microsoft has no plans to implement this policy, but it is one of the many models being discussed as the company tries to catch up with Google and Yahoo! in terms of Internet advertising revenues.
