The stock of Internet buzz metering is rising on the strength of a couple of notable successes by some of the Web-based measurement services in predicting sleeper hits in this year's fall TV schedule. Some of these online companies foretold the ratings success of shows like CBS' "Ghost Whisperer," ABC's "Freddie" and Fox Broadcasting Co.'s "Bones," even as the shows' prospects were discounted by traditional media buyers.
