No trade deal expected in Hong Kong

World Trade Organization negotiators gathering this week in Hong Kong say only a miracle could bring about a successful conclusion to the Doha round of global trade talks. "There's simply too little on the table to negotiate about in Hong Kong," said EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson. Reform of agricultural subsidies and tariffs remain a key sticking point.
