Scientists call for funding to study nanotech safety

Some scientists say significantly increased funding is needed to evaluate the health and environmental effects of nanotechnology-produced drugs and other products. Some experts say the nanotechnology industry already has conducted more early research about potential dangers than most industries, but others believe additional study is needed to avoid problems in the future.
