Bali village features some of best diving in the world

Scuba divers are lured to the tiny village of Tulamben, located on Bali's northeast shore, mainly because of the remains of a submerged U.S. cargo ship that was sunk during World War II. In fact, Tulamben is so centered on diving, many of the hotels have their own dive shops and guides.
