Experts weigh in on Health 2.0 definition, future

Matthew Holt, organizer for the Health 2.0 User Generated Healthcare Conference, says Health 2.0 marks several shifts in health care: an increase in the amount of online health content, the ease of accessing that content, viewing medical care as an ongoing process, and increased communication among doctors, among doctors and patients, and among patients. Physician and Medsphere Systems Corp. co-founder Scott Shreeve says Health 2.0 "has everything to do with outcomes, quality and health care reform."
