New device cracks down on cell phone use while driving

Researchers at the University of Utah have designed a new device that prevents cell phone users from calling or texting while they are driving. The system, called Key2SafeDriving, renders the phone inoperable and even has a message for those calling in: "I am driving now. I will call you later when I arrive at the destination safely."
