Federal judge to rule on constitutionality of Obama's health care law

Virignia U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson is expected to rule today on whether Congress has the authority to mandate whether Americans must carry health insurance or pay a penalty fee. This is one of more than 20 lawsuits filed against the health care law since it was signed in March. Federal judges in Michigan and Virginia have already ruled in favor of the law, and a judge in Pensacola, Fla., is expected to hear arguments for a similar case on Thursday.
