Shoppers have high expectations for mobile apps and websites

Shoppers are using smartphones to get store discounts and to compare store loyalty programs. In a study, about 60% of respondents said they expect mobile applications to work as smoothly as or better than their computers. More than half the people surveyed said they wouldn't return to mobile sites after bad experiences.
