Appeals court rules for construction company in bank-fraud case

A court recently ruled in favor of a construction company that had its money stolen by hackers. After the theft occurred, Mark Patterson of Patco Construction believed the bank would cover the losses. A court ruled in the bank's favor, but Patco won on appeal. "This case is a guidepost now," said attorney Dan Mitchell, who represented Patco.
