IBM's once-a-year 401(k) match won't be good for employee morale

Although IBM is not the first company to institute a once-a-year match of 401(k) funds, it's big enough that its decision to do so could be a paradigm change, Joanne Sammer writes. Finance chiefs should think carefully before following suit, though, as it could hurt employee morale.
