NICB: Authorities are identifying and culling Sandy-damaged cars

Authorities in and around New York City are identifying vehicles that can't be repaired because of damage from Hurricane Sandy and its remnants, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Many of the vehicles have been placed in holding areas and will eventually be crushed, the NICB said.
